What is your return policy?

Generally we do not accept returns. If an item arrives damaged we will offer an exchange. Contact us at fanflaire@gmail.com with specific questions in regards to exchanges. 

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Once your item has been shipped via first class USPS, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Packages can be tracked within the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking for international orders. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, within 1-2 business days from the order date with a ship time of 2-5 business days.

 

Do you ship to Internationally?

Yes!  Please make sure you select your country when filling out the billing/shipping information.  Unfortunately we can't track orders outside of the US and are not responsible for additional custom's charges.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders will generally be packaged and shipped within the week. Usually within 1 to 2 days. We ship orders Monday-Friday during business hours only (PST). We're closed on weekends and holidays. Orders in the USA will generally arrive within 2 weeks from the time you purchase. Please keep in mind International shipping can take longer due to customs processing.

 

Can I trade FanFlaire pins with Cast Members at Disney Parks?

No. Please do not attempt to trade FanFlaire pins at a Disney Park. Cast Members are only allowed to trade for other authentic Disney-made pins. You may, however, trade our pins with other customers of FanFlaire.
